Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 days after your order has been placed. If there is an issue with your shipping address we will try to contact you via email or phone before sending it off. If we are unable to reach you the order will be released to the requested address and the customer assumes all liability for any lost packages. 

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has been picked and packed.  

We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your package has been lost please contact us at hello@nutzabouthealth.com so that we can file a claim for the carrier to resolve the issue. 

Please note:

    • Delivery approximations and shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or holiday seasons. 
    • Shipping estimates: 3-5 business days during normal season and 5-7 business days during holiday season. 

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.
